Confidentiality Agreement · v1.0

By proceeding, the undersigned (the "Recipient") agrees:

  1. Confidentiality. The materials accessed through this link — including the platform architecture, business model, pricing, financial projections, market analysis and any technical specifications shown — constitute confidential and proprietary information of AEIOM.
  2. Non-Disclosure. The Recipient will not share, copy, reproduce, screenshot, redistribute or disclose any portion of these materials to any third party without prior written consent from AEIOM.
  3. Limited Use. The Recipient may use these materials solely to evaluate a potential investment, partnership, or business relationship with AEIOM.
  4. No License. Nothing in this agreement grants the Recipient any license, ownership, or right to use, exploit or commercialize the platform or its components.
  5. Term. The obligations of confidentiality survive for a period of three (3) years from the date of access, regardless of whether a business relationship is established.
  6. Tracking. The Recipient acknowledges that access to these materials is tracked, including IP address, approximate location, browser, viewing time and the sections viewed.
  7. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AEIOM operates and shall be construed accordingly.

Acceptance of this agreement is electronically recorded with the identity provided, the IP address from which access was requested, and the timestamp of submission.
